# Privacy Policy for Yumino: Block Puzzle **Effective date:** September 25, 2026 **Publisher:** Anıl Köylü **Contact:** [anilsannin@gmail.com](mailto:anilsannin@gmail.com) This Privacy Policy explains how Yumino: Block Puzzle ("Yumino," "the app," "we," or "us") handles information when you play on an iPhone or iPad. It covers the app's local game features and its use of Apple Game Center, Apple in-app purchases, Google Mobile Ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform. ## 1. Information handled by the app **Game information stored on your device.** Yumino saves your active game, board and pieces, score, statistics, recipe and dish progress, settings, tutorial progress, and the status of in-app benefits on your device so you can continue playing. It also stores limited ad timing information, such as the number of new games started and when an interstitial ad was last shown. We do not operate a separate account or gameplay server for this information. **Game Center.** If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, Yumino may receive your Game Center player identifier and display name and submit your best score and Chef Level to Apple's leaderboards. The app may keep pending leaderboard results on your device until they can be submitted. Other players may see leaderboard information according to your Game Center privacy settings. You can play the core puzzle without signing in to Game Center. **In-app purchases.** Purchases and restores are handled by Apple's StoreKit and the App Store. Yumino receives verified product and transaction information needed to grant purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, and remember benefits such as Second Chances, Chef Care, and Remove Ads. We do not receive your full payment-card details. **Advertising and consent information.** Yumino uses Google Mobile Ads for banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform to present and remember advertising privacy choices where required. Depending on your region, choices, and device settings, Google's services may process information such as your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app performance information, and diagnostic or crash information. The app requests ads only after the consent platform indicates that ad requests are allowed. **Messages you send us.** If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply and handle your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information in support emails. ## 2. How information is used We use information to save and restore your game, provide recipes and rewards, show scores and leaderboards, deliver and restore purchases, display ads and optional rewarded videos, respect applicable advertising choices, respond to support requests, and protect the operation of the app and its services. We do not use your saved board or recipe progress to operate a separate advertising profile. Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on providing the game and purchases you request, your consent for activities that require it, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the app, or compliance with legal obligations. Google and Apple also process information under their own privacy terms. ## 3. Advertising choices and Remove Ads Where required, a consent message is presented before ad requests. If the app indicates that advertising privacy options are available, you can reopen them through **Settings → Ad Privacy Choices**. Your iPhone or iPad privacy settings may provide additional controls over advertising identifiers and tracking. The **Remove Ads** purchase removes banner and interstitial ads in Yumino. It does not remove the choice to watch an optional rewarded video for an in-game benefit. The Google ad and consent software may still be present in the app and may process information when advertising features are used or consent information is updated. You never have to watch a rewarded video to play the core puzzle. ## 4. Service providers and sharing Yumino uses the following services to provide its features: - **Apple Game Center** for authentication and leaderboards. These providers may process information on their own systems under their policies. We do not provide an in-app feature that asks you to upload contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone recordings. ## 5. Retention and deletion Local game and settings information remains on your device until you remove the app, reset the relevant device data, or your device's backup settings affect its storage. Removing the app generally removes its local data, subject to any copies retained in device backups. Apple manages Game Center records and App Store transactions under its own retention rules; Google manages advertising and consent information under its own rules. We will respond to requests that apply to information we control. We cannot directly delete records held solely by Apple or Google; their privacy controls and policies explain how to contact them. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request or meet legal requirements. ## 6. Children Yumino does not ask players to submit their name, address, or other personal details to play. Advertising and platform services may process information as described above. Parents or guardians can use device-level purchase and privacy controls and contact us with questions about a child's use of the app. ## 7. Security and international processing We use Apple platform storage and service mechanisms for local saves, Game Center, and purchases. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Apple and Google may process information in countries outside your own, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards. ## 8. Changes to this policy We may update this policy if the app's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show when this version took effect. If a change materially affects how the app handles information, we will provide any notice required by applicable law. ## 9.
