This Privacy Policy explains how Circuvo (the “App”) handles information. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We do not collect personal information. The App does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data. The App does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and it does not transmit your data to us or to any third party for these purposes.
To make the App work, some data is saved locally on your device only (for example: the circuits and block programs you build, your lesson progress, earned badges, and your settings such as theme and language). This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed when you delete the App.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase (“Circuvo Pro”) to unlock additional lessons and demo projects. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple may process information related to your purchase in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy. The App only records, on your device, whether the purchase is active, so unlocked content stays available.
The only third party involved is Apple, which provides the App Store and processes in-app purchases. The App does not integrate any other third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or data sharing.
Circuvo is designed to be safe for learners of all ages, including children. Because the App collects no personal information and contains no ads or external links to user-generated content, it does not knowingly collect any data from children. It is intended to comply with applicable children’s privacy laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR.
Because your data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us, it benefits from the security protections built into your device and operating system.
All App data is stored locally. You can delete it at any time by removing the relevant projects within the App or by uninstalling the App, which permanently deletes all locally stored data.
Since we do not collect or hold any personal information about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Any data created in the App is fully under your control on your own device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
